In September of 2011 there was a huge forest fire that devastated Bastrop county, Texas. Acres of burnt trees remain to this date. I took this photo during May while on my way to my cousin's graduation at UT.

This is lovely yet solemn. There's something really beautiful about the sadness evident here, it's nice. The lighting is really nice and you captured the tops of the trees really well, it looks like it's just winter and the trees are temporarily bare.
