This is my last-minute submission for ~hyperkilia's Design A Character contest that ends on the 25th of August. [link]
I wanted to do an orange tabby, but then I added white to make it look more like some mixed breed cat. The ref sheet should be self explanatory.
Photoshop Elements 8.0 freezed on me when I was adding the finishing touches. Fortunately, I was able to take a screenshot and here it is. It's a shame I couldn't save it at a higher resolution. :/
